My Winter Morning Routine
I’m a morning person. I love the peace and quiet of the early hours, and I find that my mind is most clear and focused then. So, my morning routine is important to me.

Once I’ve eaten, I sit down at my desk to plan out my day. This helps me feel more organized and in control, which makes me feel calmer overall. Then it’s off to work!
